Returns 

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on 'Made to Order' items.

For items that are 'In Stock' our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, regrettably we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as an item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't yet received a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact  customer.services@eaglador.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please email customer.services@eaglador.com.

 

Shipping 

Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary. We dispatch all of our items via a tracked and signed-for service. 

To return your product, please email customer.services@eaglador.com for instructions and delivery address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

As our items are of high value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
